HOPE Support Group

 Women’s Support Group provides a warm, welcoming, and confidential place for domestic violence survivors to connect with other survivors. Group embraces empowerment and self-growth by way of support, encouragement, and education in a safe environment.

Individuals in the group gain a sense of community and understanding from sharing and normalizing experiences. Conversations and important topics may involve identifying healthy and unhealthy relationship patterns, looking at why it is so hard to leave, self-exploration of personal needs, sharing personal growth journeys, and coping with grief, fear and guilt.

By creating a supportive environment, the group hopes to inspire each person to reclaim strength and autonomy, ultimately paving the way for a future filled with hope and healing.
